Houston’s tunnels just received a fresh look with the opening of Nosh in February 2017. gin design group developed a contemporary aesthetic for the healthy noshing concept for the downtown worker. Items served include coffee & tea, Greek yogurt, energy toasts, smoothies, and organic popsicles. With a modern, clean vision for the space we focused on the natural appeal of marble with the durability of Neolith, a sintered compact surface, covering the walls and cascading down to the bar- enhancing the fresh ingredients, self-checkout iPad tablets, and European TopBrewer dispenser. The laser cut, backlit logo along the curved portion of the bar warmly invites you to nosh.
