Honoring the building’s singular materiality, we crafted a refined coffee bar that embraces an approachable, artisanal spirit. Using tonally aligned layers of exposed aggregate concrete for the flooring, paint, tile, raked plaster accents, concrete, and wood, we amplify visual impact while thoughtfully selecting cost-effective materials that uphold design integrity.
