Our Creative Process

How we work

Pre-design and Programming

Initial Client Meeting to discuss design direction, goals, budget and timeline. We discuss your project in detail and get to know your preferences along with answering any questions you may have.

Concept and Schematic

Creativity starts to generate and design concepts are developed into plans! In this phase we go through a series of strategic planning to create design elements conceptualizing the design direction as paramount to this schematic phase.

Design Development

Final Design presentations are updated, floor / furniture plans are put together and presented to client. Design concepts are refined and construction drawings are established, along with client feedback in the schematic phase we formalize the final budget.

Construction Documents

Final design package with full specifications are submitted to brand and client. As final design and budgets are approved we execute brand submission and make any applicable revisions requested for formal approval of design.

Construction Administration

Our designers work with the contractor and owner signing off on final plans and finishes. As your project progresses into construction our designers are in communication with client and contractor reviewing drawings, finishes and addressing any design-related questions that may arise onsite.
